One of the best ways to understand a culture is to experience life through the food. While on assignment last week, I was able to photograph and experience the culture at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin. Escoffier students demonstrated their culinary talents through an International food showcase. Each chef represented a different country and cuisine, and the results were delicious.
